Jerry Long

Jerry Lynn "Butt" Long, son of Carolyn Hopper Long and the late Jerry Wayne Long, was born May 9, 1970, in Kennett, and passed away Monday, Dec. 14, 2009, at his residence in Cardwell, Mo., at the age of 39.

Survivors include his mother, Carolyn Long, of Cardwell; two daughters, Tiffany McCormick and Amber Long, both of Kennett; three sisters, Laura Burgess, Donna Figgins, and Connie Ward, all of Cardwell; one grandson, Dalton Bailey, of Kennett, and other relatives and many friends.

He was preceded in death by a sister, Kathy Jean Long.

Visitation will be from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., today, Wednesday, Dec. 16, at McDaniel Funeral Home in Senath, Mo.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Thursday, Dec. 17, at McDaniel Funeral Home Chapel in Senath with Rev. Dale Rickman officiating.

Burial will follow in the Oak Ridge Cemetery at Kennett.

Pallbearers are Jessie Hopper, Johnathan Long, D.J. Figgins, Jerry Spears, Shawn Wiley and Billy Hopper.
