Relay for Life team to host 4th annual Donkey Basketball

The Dunklin County Relay for Life team will be hosting the 4th annual Donkey Basketball game beginning at 7 p.m., on November 21, at the Kennett Middle School Armory.

The 2008 Donkey Basketball game aided to the grand total of approximately $15,000 raised by the Relay For Life team, according to member Kim Cannon.

There were at least 350 people in attendance at the event in 2008, according to Cannon.

The event is designed to be a good night of clean family fun.

Advance tickets for the event will cost $6, while tickets at the door will be prices at $8.

Tickets may also be purchased at McClain Mini Storage and The Paint Store located at 707 Independence in Kennett, and also at Dixie Park Package Store located at 1006 Independence in Kennett. All proceeds from the event will be donated to the Dunklin County Relay for Life.
