Rachel Leigh and Kenneth Lee Whittley of Piggott, Ark., announce the birth of their twin boys.

They were born Sept. 15, 2009, at Saint Francis Medical Center's Family BirthPlace in Cape Girardeau.

Jevan weighed 3 pounds and 5 ounces and was 16 1/2 inches long. Jahvid weighed 3 pounds and 6 ounces and was 16 7/8 inches long.

They are the grandsons of Carolyn and Randal Scott of Piggott and Charlotte and Harold Jordan of Gideon, Mo.

They were welcomed home by a big brother.
