Sarah Elisabeth Sharp and Eddie Marietta, of Douglasville, Ga., announce the birth of their son, Edward Charles Marietta VI, born Aug. 26, 2009.
He weighed 7 pounds. 9 ounces and was 19 inches long.
He is the grandson of Nellie and Earl Alexander of Piggott, Ark., the late Cleatie Edward Sharp of Kennett, Ann and Ed Marietta of Acworth, Ga., and the great-grandson of Mary Sanders of Herculaneum, Mo., formerly of Piggott, the late Albert Sanders of Piggott, and the late Nadine and Hubert Holman of Kennett.
