Mr. and Mrs. James "Jingo" Cole of Kennett will be celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m., Saturday, Aug. 1, 2009, at the Kennett Country Club.

James "Jingo" Cole and the former Mary Lou Williams were married Aug. 1, 1959, by Rev. J.C. Vaughn in Walnut Ridge, Ark.

They are the parents of three children, Sandi Mikel and J. Britt Cole, both of Kennett and Jennifer Cole of Columbia, Mo., and the grandparents of Jonathan B. Cole of Dallas, Texas.

All friends and relatives are invited. No gifts please.
