The bride is the daughter of Leon and Anita Tye of Blytheville and the granddaughter of the late Daisy Williams, Lequetcha Thigpen of Arkadelphia, Ark., Rev. Burton and Althea Furlow of Blytheville and Ada Williams of Kennett.
She is a 2008 graduate of Armorel High School and currently attends Arkansas Northeastern College. She is currently employed by the Blytheville Police Department as a dispatcher.
The groom is the son of Anthony and Darlene Malone of Blytheville and the grandson of the late Cleaster Taylor and Harvey Mead.
He is a graduate of Pen Foster homeschool and is currently employed by Denso as a conveyor line worker.
Toya Mack, cousin of the groom, served as maid of honor.
Bridesmaids were Sharisse Perkins of Blytheville, friend of the bride, Jackqueline Bell of Gosnell, Ark., and Sigurney Kirby of Conway, Ark., both cousins of the bride.
Brianna Harris and Arveunna Mack were flower girls.
Brian Smith, best friend of the groom, served as best man.Groomsmen were Brandon Mead of Jonesboro, Ark., cousin of the groom, Damian Tye of Blytheville, brother of the bride and James Jones of Blytheville, friend of the groom.Qwintorius Tatum was ringbearer.
A reception was held in the ballroom of the Holy Temple Church of the Lord.
The couple took a honeymoon trip to Memphis and Hot Springs. They currently reside in Blytheville.
