Caroline Walls, daughter of the late Albert George and Jerusha Stanfill George, was born December 4, 1924, in Senath, Mo. She departed this life May 29, 2009, at the age of 84 years, five months, and 25 days. She was married to Samuel David Walls, Sr., on August 24, 1946. He preceded her in death on December 6, 1977.
Survivors include two sons, Gary Walls, Sr., and David Walls, both of Kennett; one daughter, Janice Sullinger, of Pocahontas, Ark.; one grandson, Gary Walls, Jr., of Dauphin Island, Ala.; three granddaughters, Vickie Henson, of Pocahontas; Deborah Miller, of West Plains, Mo., and Jania Perkins, of Pocahontas; four great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and other relatives and many friends.
Walls was preceded in death by three brothers, Oval, Olin, and Walter George; and two sisters, Corene Patterson and Cornellia George.
Visitation was held Saturday, May 30, at McDaniel Funeral Home of Kennett.
Funeral Services will be held at 2 p.m., Sunday, May 31, at the McDaniel Chapel with the Rev. Dale Rickman officiating.
Burial will be in the Lulu Cemetery in Senath.
Pallbearers are Gary Walls, Jr., Phillip DeClerk, Coby Poe, Stephen Poe, Tracey Henson, and David Ross.
