Wal-Mart officials told police that a male came into the store and became angry with them. These officials added that as a result of the anger, the individual stated he was going to blow the store up.
Following the threat, Patrolman Philip Caldwell located the suspect, a 23-year-old Kennett resident, according to the police report.
The suspect was arrested for terroristic threatening and lodged in the Dunklin County Jail, pending the filing of formal charges by the State Prosecutor, according to the Kennett Police Department.

Well at least he gets 3 hots and a cot for the next 20 years. The word "moron" comes to mind.
Publish his name. We need to know where such imbeciles live and work.
Frank P. Carter IV made the terroristic threat to walmart.
This is just crazy because i never expected this to happen in our own little town. Yes they should pout his name out here because that is just scary.
did anyone think maybe he was talking crap like lots oh here and maybe he got mad at stores ripping him off like they always do
Not everyone who gets upset with walmart gets the cops called on them and gets themselves arrested. He really must have caused a scene to have them called out. Carter has mental problems that need to be addressed. His drug use has really eaten his brain up, that even his old drug friends won't have anything to do with him anymore. One would think that with the resorces that his parents have they would get him some help. But then again, Daddy will probably just pay his little boy's way out of trouble yet again.
The boy is no longer a boy, is he? At 23, Frank IV is no longer a minor, and his actions are not his parents' fault, it seems to me. And it's just Topix-like for kennett resident09 to suggest that his father will "just pay his little boy's way out of trouble yet again." Where I come from and from what I was taught, it's wrong to accuse anyone of anything without proof. Where's your proof kennett resident09?
