Euler Davis

Euler Bell Davis, 63, of Kennett, died Friday, May 15, 2009, at Twin Rivers Regional Medical Center in Kennett.

Born Jan. 1, 1946, in Clarksdale, Miss., she was the daughter of Eula Mae Sanders Whitfield and the late Jimmy Whitfield.

Survivors include two sons, Brandon Whitfield and Chris Whitfield, both of Kennett; one daughter, Lynnette Henderson of Kennett; nine grandchildren; her mother, Eula Mae Whitfield, of Dyersburg, Tenn.; three brothers, Jimmy Lee Whitfield, of Chicago, Ill., and Larry Howard and Lorenzo Howard, both of Jackson, Miss.; one sister, Cora Pulliam, of Dyersburg and other relatives and many friends.

She was preceded in death by three brothers, Willie D. Whitfield, June Whitfield and Eunice Whitfield.

Visitation will be from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., Wednesday, May 20, at the McDaniel Funeral Home in Kennett.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Thursday, May 21, at the McDaniel Funeral Home Chapel with James Powell officiating.

Burial will follow in the Oak Ridge Cemetery at Kennett.

Pallbearers are James D. Whitfield, Joe Pulliam, Al Gordan, Lance Neal, Kelly Whitfield and James E. Whitfield.
