Thomas "Tommy" Walter Booker, 45, of Kennett, died Wednesday, May 6, 2009, at National HealthCare in Kennett.
Born April 1, 1964, in Kennett, son of the late L.T. and Betty Nelson Lape, he was a bus driver for Cotton Boll Workshop.
Survivors include two sons, Phillip Gage and wife, Angela, and Thomas Miller, all of Kennett; four daughters, Shawn Pittman and husband, Tyson, and Melanie Ray and husband, David, all of Kennett, Amber Cavaness and husband, Rick, of Rector, Ark., and Angie Bowling and husband, Chris, of Bloomfield, Mo.; two brothers, Clyde Lape, of Gideon, Mo., and Jimmy Booker and wife, Barbara, of Kennett; one sister, Flossie Sikes and husband, Gene, of Poplar Bluff, Mo.; two ex-wives, Mary Crawford and Elaine Booker, both of Kennett; fiancee, Patricia Roundtree, of Kennett and 10 grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by two sisters, Janice Lape and Lois Killian.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Friday, May 8, at the Bradshaw Funeral Home in Kennett.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Friday, May 8, at the Bradshaw Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Brian Shearer officiating.
Burial will follow in the Gregory Cemetery at Kennett.
Pallbearers are Todd Wilkerson, Mike Faught, Albert Collins, Terry Finley, Wayne Gilmore, Kerry Holt, Terry Gregory and Jerry Gage.
