Roger Allen Laws, 50, of Perry County, Mo., formerly of Kennett, died Wednesday, April 22, 2009, at Perry County.
Born July 24, 1958, in Kennett, he was the son of the late Raleigh R. Laws and Mabel Cowgill Laws.
Survivor include two brothers, Doyle Laws and wife, Nancy, of Senath, Mo., and Rayburn Laws and wife, Becky, of Clarkton, Mo.; five sisters, Dorothy Brown, of Greenway, Ark., Loretta Furlow and husband, Allan, Martha Kay Wright and husband, Richard, and Mary Samples and husband, Tommy, all of Kennett, and Karen Pemberton and husband, Harvey, of Clarkton; a special friend, Melonee Bieser, of Festus, Mo., and other relatives and many friends.
He was preceded in death by one brother, Jerry Laws and one sister, Barbara Bishop.
Visitation will be from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., today, Friday, April 24, at the McDaniel Funeral Home in Kennett.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m., Saturday, April 25, at the McDaniel Funeral Home Chapel with Dwight Harrison officiating.
Burial will follow in the Mitchell Cemetery at Greenway, Ark.
Pallbearers are Robert Powell, Myrl Frederick, James Hackworth, Tim Lively, Brad Benson and Russell Freeman.
