Russell Richard Peridore, 77, of Kennett, died Tuesday, April 14, 2009.
Born April 25, 1931, son of the late Robert Peridore and Lela Tinnin Peridore, he was retired from the Missouri State Highway Department after 42 years of service as a field mechanic.
Russell married Lorene Dennis on Oct. 17, 1952 in Piggott, Ark., who survives.
Survivors include one son, Russell A. Peridore and wife, Judy K.,. of Kennett; three grandchildren, Amber Egner and husband, Jeremy, of Mayfield, Ky., Keely Kuehner and husband, Scott, of Windsor, Mo., and Eric Peridore and wife, Ashley, of Kennett; three great-grandsons, Nick, Coby and Garrett Kuehner; three brothers, Glen Peridore and wife, Shirley, of Davis Junction, Ill., Larry Peridore and wife, Mickey, of Chesterfield, Ind., and Michael Don Peridore, of Rockford, Ill.; three sisters, Shirley Pruett and husband, Don, of Hale, Mich., Rose Raper and husband, Harold, of Athens, Tenn., and Wilma Quick, of Sarasota, Fla., other relatives and many friends.
He was preceded in death by a daughter, Terry Jean Sherrod and 3 sisters, Helen Thelking, Wanda Casey and Linda Boyd.
Visitation will be from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., today, Thursday, April 16, at McDaniel Funeral Home in Kennett.
Funeral services be held at 1 p.m., Friday, April 17, at the McDaniel Funeral Home Chapel with Rev.'s Don Emery and Johnny Bogle officiating.
Burial will follow in the Memorial Gardens Cemetery at Kennett.
Pallbearers are Lesley Franklin, Eric Peridore, Scott Kuehner, Johnny and Mark Dennis and Jerry Bryant.
