Mildred Shultz

Mildred Elizabeth Shultz, 92, of Paragould, Ark., died Monday, April 13, 2009, at Greene Acres Nursing Home. Mrs. Shultz was a homemaker and member of the First Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her son, Jerry Blackwood; first husband and father of her children, Roy Blackwood, and her parents, Henry and Mable Holmes Lawthorp.

Survivors include her husband, Donald Shultz, of the home; son, Larry Blackwood, of Poplar Bluff, Mo.; a daughter-in-law, Lamanda Blackwood, of Sherwood, Ark.; grandchildren, Lea Jones of Conway, Ark., Danielle Sandage, of Minneapolis, Minn., Jim Blackwood, of Conway and E.J. Roussell, of Jonesboro, Ark., and great-grandchildren, David, Erin, Cameron, Kate, Camielle and Oliver.

Graveside services were held at 2 p.m., today, Wednesday, April 15, in the Mt. Zion Cemetery.

Heath Funeral Home of Paragould was in charge of arrangements.
