For the second time this week, every Kennett started had at least one hit as the Lady Tribe (6-0) got production top to bottom.
"It was a great week for us," Kennett coach Laurie Vaughan said. "We continue to improve on our hitting and our aggressive baserunning. The girls have worked really hard form the very beginning in practice. They're getting an opportunity to apply that and the results have been wonderful."
Also, six of the Lady Indians' 13 hits went for extra bases Thursday.
"They just hit line drives in the gap today," said Vaughan. "It was awesome."
Kennett did just as well throwing the ball, as Morrow struck out seven and walked one while allowing two runs and five hits in five innings of work.
For the spring, Morrow is 2-0 with an earned-run average of 1.40.
"I thought Haley threw the ball well," Vaughan said. "She has both times she's pitched. We were blessed with two really good pitchers. A coach can't ask for more than that. I'm thankful for what we have."
Laurel Scales closed out the game by striking out five of the six batters she faced. Scales has struck out 39 batters in 29 innings this spring.
Ciara Dewrock paced Kennett with two hits, two stolen bases, a double and a pair of RBIs, while Jordan Wagster added two hits and drove in a pair of runs and Kalee Gore added a pair of hits.
Courtanie Vaughn had two of Campbell's five hits.
Kennett is off until Monday when it hosts Bootheel Conference foe Portageville.
