Kara Ann and Michael Joe Wallace of Kennett announce the birth of their son, Wesley Joe Wallace, born January 28, 2009, at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center in Poplar Bluff, Mo.

He weighed 6 pounds and 14 ounces and was 20 inches long.

He is the grandson of Jim and Teresa McNabb, Kelly McNabb, and Donna and Freddie Wallace, all of Kennett.
