Wesley Ray Riddell, Sr., 55, of Malden, Mo., died Tuesday, Jan. 13, 2009, at his residence.
Born April 18, 1953, in Dexter, Mo., son of the late A.J. and Hazel Corbin Riddell, he was a farmer and a member of the Voice of Zion Church in Malden.
On Sept. 29, 1973, in Dudley, Mo., he married Karen Ann Conner, who survives.
Survivors also include three sons, Wesley Riddell, Jr., of San Antonio, Texas, and James Conner and wife, Angela and Joseph Conner, all of Malden; one daughter, Tessa Riddell, of Bernie, Mo.; four brothers, Leonard, Charlie and Steven Riddell, all of Malden and Jim Riddell, of Parma, Mo.; two sisters, Diana Metcalf, of Bloomfield, Mo., and Joyce Hicks, of Rector, Ark.., and five granddaughters.
He was preceded in death by two daughters, Raylee and Tammy Riddell, and one brother, Clinton Riddell.
Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m., Friday, Jan. 16, at the Bradshaw Funeral Home in Malden.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m., Friday, Jan. 16, at the Bradshaw Funeral Home Chapel with Revs. Roger Fowler and Ron Taylor officiating.
Burial will follow in the Elder Cemetery at Campbell, Mo.
