Gary Lee Gray, 60, of Malden, Mo., died Tuesday, Jan. 13, 2009, at Missouri Southern Health Care in Dexter, Mo.
Born March 30, 1948, in Gideon, Mo., son of the late Lee Ernest and Nellie Beatrice Harkey Gray, he was a U.S. Army veteran, having served in Vietnam. He attended the Spoonerville Baptist Church in Malden.
On March 5, 1966, in Peach Orchard, Mo., he married Carol Sue Hillis, who survives.
Survivors also include three sons, Robert Gray and Casey Gray, both of Malden and Kevin Gray and wife, Danielle, of Boston, Mass.; three sisters, Ernestine Trout and Jane Macean, both of Malden and Patricia Smith, of Poplar Bluff, Mo., and one grandson, Tristan Gray, of Boston.
He was preceded in death by two brothers, Willard and Dale Gary.
Visitation will begin at 6 p.m., Friday, Jan. 16, at the Bradshaw Funeral Home in Malden.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Saturday, Jan. 17, at the Bradshaw Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Richard Blagg officiating.
Burial with military rites will follow in the Stanfield Cemetery at Clarkton, Mo.
