Micaela Ward

Michael and Jennifer Ward of Kennett announce the birth of their daughter, Micaela Lynn Ward, born Aug. 26, 2008, at Twin Rivers Regional Medical Center in Kennett.

She weighed 8 pounds and 13 ounces and was 21 inches long.

She is the granddaughter of Terry and Teresa Kinder, and James and Marla Ward, all of Kennett, John and Stephanie Patton of Kentucky, Randy Benson and the late Jeannie Benson of Holcomb, Mo., the great-granddaughter of Roger and Carolyn Elliott of Searcy, Ark., Wayne and Shelby Crouch and Rosemary Marshall, all of Kennett, Lillian Patton of St. Louis, Mo., and the great-great-granddaughter of the late Tessie Hamlett.

She was welcomed home by big sister, Joslin.
