James Payne

Ashley Dawn and James Whitney Payne Jr., of Kennett, announce the birth of their son, James Keith Payne, born Nov. 21, 2008, at Saint Francis Medical Center's Family BirthPlace in Cape Girardeau, Mo.

He weighed 3 pounds and 14 ounces and was 17 inches long.

He is the grandson of Brian Kelm and Sharree Kelm, both of Kennett, Keith Phillips of Puxico, Mo., Virginia Warren of Poplar Bluff, Mo., Pennie Payne and the late James Payne, both of Holcomb, Mo.
