Josh Applegate

Josh William Applegate, 51, of Paragould, Ark., died Tuesday, Nov. 25, 2008, at his residence.

Born Dec. 14, 1956, in Tell City, Ind., son of Sarah Holmes and the late William Applegate, he was a U.S. Army veteran.

On Dec. 18, 1976, in Watervliet, Mich., he married Vickie Springer, who survives.

Survivors also include one son, William Applegate, of Paragould; one daughter, Amy Vose and husband, Richard, of Paragould; two brothers; 10 sisters; two grandchildren, Nicholas and Courtney Vose, and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 29, at the McDaniel Funeral Home Chapel in Senath, Mo., with Rev. George Haygood officiating.

Burial was in the Senath Cemetery.
