De'Vanity Tipler

Pandora Lawson and Devan Miles Tipler of Kennett announce the birth of their daughter, De'Vanity Nicole Zakea Tipler, born Nov. 5, 2008, at Saint Francis Medical Center's Family BirthPlace in Cape Girardeau, Mo.

She weighed 4 pounds and two ounces and was 12 inches long.

She is the granddaughter of Debbie and Earnest Whitaker of Wardell, Mo., Brenda Lemons of Kennett and Joey Tipler of Cape Girardeau.

She was welcomed home by two brothers and four sisters.
