Virgie Warren, 52, of Caruthersville, Mo., died Oct. 31, 2008, at her residence.
Born Jan. 19, 1956, in Hayti, Mo., daughter of Annie Jo Dunnahoe Flippo and the late John Fred Flippo, she was employed at Dereign & Dereign in Caruthersville, and was a member of the Jesus Name Tabernacle Church in Caruthersville.
On Nov. 28, 1975, in Caruthersville, she married Ronnie Warren, who survives.
Survivors also include one brother, Dale King, of Conroe, Texas; her mother, Jo Reed, of Dyer, Tenn.,; a grandmother, Helen Donaldson, of Kimmswick, Mo., and a brother-in-law, Steve Willbanks, of Caruthersville.
She was preceded in death by one sister, Nancy Lee Willbanks.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m., Sunday, Nov. 2, at the Jesus Name Tabernacle Church with Bro. Anthony Stepp officiating.
Burial was in the Little Prairie Cemetery at Caruthersville.
Pallbearers were Random and Justin Lee, Josh Willbanks, Tony Gonzales, Jess Cagle and Gary Swan.
Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society or Hope Lodge in St. Louis, Mo.
John W. German Funeral Home of Hayti was in charge of arrangements.
