Garner Fletcher
Russ and Amy Fletcher of Piperton, Tenn., announce the birth of their son, William Garner Fletcher, born Sept. 19, 2008, in Memphis, Tenn.

He is the grandson of Dan and Carol Pigmon of Kennett and Guilford and Judy Fletcher of Humboldt, Tenn.

He is welcomed home by big sister Anna Grace Fletcher.
