Mr. Treasure practiced law in Kennett for over 55 years, serving as legal counsel for the City of Kennett, Chairman of the Missouri State Highway Commission, as a charter member of the Kennett National Bank Board of Directors, and as a member of the congregation of First United Methodist Church in Kennett.
He is survived by a daughter: Jane Treasure Neal, DDS and son-in-law, David M. Neal, DMD, of Chillicothe, Mo.; son: Charles B. Treasure II, MD and daughter-in-law, Lisa K. Treasure, of Knoxville, Tenn.; three grandchildren, Carolyn L. Treasure, Madeline L. Treasure and Graham C. Treasure, of Knoxville, Tenn.
Visitation will be from noon to 2 p.m., Wednesday, Oct. 29, 2008, at the First United Methodist Church in Kennett.
Funeral services will be Wednesday, Oct. 29, 2008 at 2 p.m., at the First United Methodist Church in Kennett.
