Born Dec. 31, 1964, in Kennett, son of Glenda Campbell Lewis and the late James Lawrence Lewis Sr., he was a 1983 graduate of Holcomb High School , a welder, a softball coach and a member of Varner River Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Annette Lewis, of Marmaduke; four daughters, Aleshia, Caitlin, Hannah and Erica Lewis, all of Marmaduke; his mother, Glenda Campbell Lewis, of Holcomb, Mo.; two sisters, LaDonna Buchanan, of Gideon, Mo., and Sheila Fisher, of Holcomb; a grandmother, Margaret Lewis and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by grandparents, Lois Campbell, Mae Campbell and L.T. Lewis.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to noon, Friday, Oct. 10, at the First Baptist Church in Marmaduke.
Funeral services will be held at noon, Friday, Oct. 10, at the First Baptist Church in Marmaduke with the Rev. Kim Bridges officiating.
Burial will follow in the Raners Chapel Cemetery at Lafe, Ark.
Pallbearers are Johnny and Justin Speaks, Louie Finney, David Robinson, John Hood and Darrell Carrol.
Honorary pallbearers are Tim Walker and Buddy Moore.
Faith Funeral Service in Manila, Ark. is in charge of arrangements.
