Jeremy Wade and Terra Murphy announce the birth of their son, Luke Robert Wade, born June 6, 2008, at Southeast Hospital in Cape Girardeau, Mo.

He weighed 7 pounds and was 20 inches long.

He is the grandson of Robert and Diane Lewis of Bragg City, Mo., and Jim and Linda Wade of Benton, Mo., and the great-grandson of David and Naomi Crossett of Bragg City, Charlie and Lynn Wade of Benton and Luke and Alice Ressel of Scott City, Mo.

He is welcomed home by big sister Kate Olivia Murphy.
