This year's new category, the Peoples Choice Award, in the Delta Fair's Baby Picture Contest was a success.

According to Holly Maddox, the contest raised a large amount of money to be given to the Delta Childrens Home.

"I would like to thank everyone for their donations. I hope that we can continue to do this in the future to help out the children," Maddox said.

The winners are as follows:

* Overall Winner -- Eli Griggs, son of Felicia Griggs of Hornersville.

* Second Place Winner -- Olivia Daniels, daughter of Odel and Amy Daniels of Kennett.
