Peoples' Choice Award

Chairman Marilyn Caldwell, left, announces the Peoples' Choice winner in the Azalea Garden Club sponsored Photography Show at the Delta Fair was Rosemary Purvis of Senath, Mo., with her photograph of her two grandchildren jumping out of a boat into the lake. The picture also won Best of Show in the Grandparents Brag Shots class earlier in the week. This was the first year to allow fairgoers the opportunity to pick the picture they most admired from the show, which again exceeded past year's entry totals with 471 pieces.
