Born April 22, 1919, in Harrell, Ark., daughter of the late Irvin Napolean and Irene Abernathy Williams, she was a member of the First Christian Church in Malden.
On Oct. 30, 1936, in Tinsman, Ark., she married Nolan Travis Thomason, who preceded her in death on Feb. 13, 1984. She was also preceded in death by two brothers, Dean Williams and Emery Oliver and one sister, Dorothy Thomason.
Survivors include three sons, James Thomason and wife, Wanda, and Royce Thomason and wife, Shelby, all of Malden, and Ronald Thomason and wife, Nola, of Bernie, Mo.; Two daughters, Alice Smith and husband, Larry, of Cape Girardeau, Mo., and Margaret Bess, of Puxico, Mo.; one brother, LaVerne Williams, of Sikeston, Mo.; one sister, Imogene Russell, of Creve Coeur, Mo.; 10 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 27, at the Bradshaw Funeral Home in Malden.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 27, at the Bradshaw Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Jeff Krupinski officiating.
Burial will follow in the Memorial Park Cemetery at Malden.
