The Kentucky Headhunters, Doug Phelps, Greg Martin, Fred Young and Richard Young, will be performing their honky-tonk, Southern sound rock at the Third Annual Cotton Pickin' Festival at the Arbyrd City Park on Saturday, Sept. 13 to help raise money in support of the city's Park Recreation Fund, which is designed to improve the community park.
