James Lanman

James Ray Lanman, 71, of Lawton, Okla., died Sunday, Aug. 31, 2008 in Lawton.

Born June 23, 1937, he was the son of the late Roy and Lottie Arlington Lanman.

On June 10, 1958, in Richmond, Calif., he married Twila June Carroll, who survives.

Survivors also include one daughter, Dawn Marie Lanman, of Oklahoma City, Okla. and his mother-in-law, Susie Carroll, of Paragould, Ark.

He was preceded in death by one brother, Harvey Lanman and his father-in-law, Farris Carroll.

Graveside services were held at 11 a.m., today, Thursday, Sept. 4, in the Lulu Cemetery at Senath, Mo. with the Rev. J.E. Crews officiating.

McDaniel Funeral Home of Senath was in charge of arrangements.
