Ground Breaking ceremony for the completion of the City of Kennett's new dog pound took place Monday afternoon. Attending were Freddie Graham, Natalie Tate, Tina Pettix, Bob Carter, Larry Jones, Larry Sells, Sarah Jo Morgan, and Ken Gosley.
