Juddson Lee Cannon and Theresa Lynn Shepard of Kennett were married July 24, 2008 at Bakerville Church of Christ in Bragg City, Mo., with Pastor James Powell officiating.

The bride is the daughter of Linda Shepard of Kennett and Leroy Shepard of Dallas, Texas and the granddaughter of the late David H. and Elsie Mae Powell of Kennett and the late Dan and Cora Shepard of Rector, Ark.

She is employed as a dental assistant with Burcham Dental Arts in Kennett.

The groom is the son of Don and Karen Cannon of Kennett and the grandson of the late Robert and Lucille Orton of St. Louis, Mo., and the late Don and Nora Cannon of Kennett.

He is employed as a loan officer with First National Bank in Kennett

Maid of honor was Robbie Mode, cousin of the bride.

Best man was Don Cannon, father of the groom.

A reception was held in the fellowship building of the Bakerville Church of Christ.
