Elma Rhodes

Elma Elaine Rhodes, 89, of Comer, Ga., formerly of Kennett, died Aug. 11, 2008, at Cobb Memorial Hospital in Royston, Ga.

Born October 28, 1918 in Senath, Mo., daughter of the late Robert Dewey Palmer and Ida Mae Hart Palmer, she was a member of Franklin Springs Pentecostal Church.

Survivors include two sons, Don Goodrich, of Mississippi and Ricky Ruditys, of Jackson, Miss.; two daughters, Vicki E. White, of Hendersonville, Tenn., and Brenda Buell, of Ste. Genevieve, Mo.; 10 Grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great-grandchildren.

Graveside service will be held at 2 p.m., Friday, Aug. 15, in the Senath Cemetery.

McDaniel Funeral Home of Kennett is in charge of arrangements.
