John Loyd

John Sanford "J.J." Loyd, 27, of London, Ark., died Tuesday, July 29, 2008, at his residence.

Born Aug. 14, 1980, in Aurora, Ill., he was the son of Jack and Becky Thomas Loyd, of Arbyrd, Mo.

Survivors also include his children, Sidney Sims, Eunique and Anica Loyd and Josefina and Marianna Bryant; one brother, James Loyd, of Aurora; two sisters, Missy Loyd, of Bolinbrook, Ill., and Melanie Mort, of Duncan, S.C. ; his companion, Tina Sims, of London and step-grandmother, Genette Thomas, of Senath.

Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, Aug. 2, at the Calvary Full Gospel Church in Cardwell, Mo. with the Rev. Leland Dement officiating.

McDaniel Funeral Home of Arbyrd is in charge of arrangements.
