James Glover, Jr., 58, of Kenentt, died Wednesday, July 16, 2008, at Twin Rivers Regional Medical Center in Kennett.
Born March 9, 1950, in Bartow, Fla., son of the late James and Johnnie Mae Brown Glover Sr., he was employed at McGees Factory.
On Nov. 21, 2001, in Kennett, he married Barbara Johnson, who survives.
Survivors include one son, Leonard Glover, of Ft. Myers, Fla.; two daughters, Shantae and Trina Glover, both of Ft. Myers; three brothers, Vernon Ford and wife, Sederria, and Tony Glover and wife, Angela, both of Ft. Myers and Danny Glover, of Perry, Fla.; two sisters, Diane Williams and Husband, Billy and Deloris Glover, all of Ft. Myers and a host of grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by one son, James Glover III; one brother, Edward Williams and one sister, Gwendolyn Glover.
Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m., Monday, July 21, at the Bradshaw Funeral Home in Kennett.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m., Monday, July 21, at the Bradshaw Funeral Home Chapel with Bishop Willie H. Johnson officiating.
Burial will follow in the Oak Ridge Cemetery at Kennett.
Pallbearers are Roland Johnson, Darren Howard, Sr., Ronnie Ross, Larry and Cody Robinson and Joe Henderson.
