Charles Ford

Charles Ford, 70, of Kennett, Mo., died Saturday, July 5, 2008 at National Healthcare in Kennett.

Born May 27, 1938, at Blytheville, Ark., son Eddoe and Virginia Parks Ford, he was a veteran of the U.S. Army, serving in Vietnam.

Survivors include his mother, Virginia Westmorlan of Kennett; a son, Howard Ford of Michigan; a daughter, Tammy Ford of Michigan; six brothers, Robert Utley of Michigan, William Utley of Blytheville, Ark., Donald, Thomas, Richard, and Michael Utley, all of Kennett, Mo.; three sisters, Ruby Smith of Michigan, Carolyn Hanners of Michigan, Dorothy Hardy of Almo, Ga.; and two grandchildren.

A memorial service will be conducted at a later date.

McDaniel Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
