Geneva White, 77, of Marion, Ark., formerly of Kennett, died Monday, June 30, 2008, at Marion.
Born June 16, 1931, in Tuckerman, Ark., daughter of the late John W. and Dorothy Huskey Hensley, she was a waitress at Grecian Steak House.
She married James "Eddie" White, who preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by four brothers, Lee Pratt and Alford, Tommy and Lowell Hensley and three sisters, Fay Joslin, Dorothy Stacy and Virginia Wilburn.
Survivors include one son, Jim White and wife, Sherrie, of Marion; one daughter, Judy Gidcomb and husband, Gary, of Bentonville, Ark.; one brother, J.D. Hensley, of Noblesville, Ind.; one sister, Edith Massey, of Anderson, Ind.; four grandchildren, Stephanie Moeller, of Dexter, Mo., Tabitha Watkins and Jennifer Kinder, both of Bentonville and Angela Throckmorton, of Marion and 15 great-grandchildren, Ashlyn and Nathan Watkins, Taylor and Caitlin Rutherford, Braden and Tanner Shipman, Noah, Marlee and Kloee Kinder, Hunter, Madelyn and Eva Grace Throckmorton, Brandy and Alex Moeller and Blake Hill.
Visitation will be from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m., Thursday, July 3, at the McDaniel Funeral Home in Kennett.
Memorial services will be held at 7 p.m., at the McDaniel Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Ben Jordan officiating.
