Crafton-Binkard

Frank and Debbie Crafton of Kennett, announce the engagement of their daughter, DeDee Michelle Crafton, to Jonathan Gerald Binkard, son of Jimmy Binkard and Lisa Hunter of Senath, Mo.

The bride to be is a 2000 graduate of Kennett High School and a 2004 graduate of Southeast Missouri State University, where she earned her bachelor of science in elementary education. She is currently employed as a teacher at Senath-Hornersville Elementary School.

She is the granddaughter of Omer and Shirley Gaskins of Kennett and the late Thomas and Karnese Crafton of Kennett.

The prospective groom is a 2000 graduate of Senath-Hornersville High School. He is currently employed as co-owner of B&T Trucking of Senath.

He is the grandson of Gerald "Butch" and the late Rose Tackeberry of Senath and Hazel and Lloyd Morgan and the late James "Jim" Binkard of Senath, and the great-grandson of Dud Tackeberry of Senath.

The wedding will take place at 6:30 p.m., July 26, 2008, at the First United Methodist Church in Kennett.

A reception will follow at the VFW building.

All family and friends are invited to attend.
