Sue Pahl

Sue Ann Lefler Harder Pahl, 67, of San Antonio, Texas, formerly of Hayti, Mo., died Thursday, June 12, 2008, at her residence.

Born April 11, 1941, in Memphis, Tenn., daughter of Ernest and Katheryn Long Lefler, she was a graduate of Hayti High School, a graduate of Murray State University, a teacher, and a secretary at Monsanto Company. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Hayti.

Survivors include one daughter, Julie Plunkett and husband, Charles, of San Antonio; one brother, George Lefler and wife, Nancy, of Knoxville, Tenn., and two step-grandchildren, Chad and Emily Plunkett.

Funeral services were held at 10 a.m., Monday, June 16, at the John W. German Funeral Home in Hayti with Mark Lefler officiating.

Burial was in the Woodlawn Cemetery at Hayti.

Pallbearers were classmates and family members.
