Born March 27, 1928, in Cottonwood Point, Mo., son of the late Russell Albert and Laura Kilmer Yarbrough, he was a U.S. Army veteran, having served in Korea. He was a truck driver, a member of the First Baptist Church in Risco, Mo., and a member of the Masonic Lodge in New Madrid, Mo.
On Nov. 12, 1952, he married Lottie June Wingfield, who survives.

He was preceded in death by three sisters, Mildred Dixon, Louise Moody and Grace Pauline Copeland and three brothers, Clyde and Albert Yarbrough and infant brother.
Visitation will begin at 6 p.m., today, Wednesday, June 18, at the Bradshaw Funeral Home in Malden.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m., Thursday, June 19, at the Bradshaw Funeral Home Chapel with the Revs. Lewis Scott and Jesse Parrott officiating.
Burial with military rites will follow in the Missouri Veteran's Cemetery at Bloomfield, Mo.
