Mary Lucille Hepler-Holmes, 84, of Caruthersville, Mo., died Thursday, May 26, 2008, at her residence.
Born Jan. 9, 1924, in Tishomingo County, Miss., daughter of the late Charles and Kate Gray Oliver, she was a member of the Nazarene Church.
Survivors include one daughter, Marsha Christy, of Caruthersville; three sisters, Bertie Wilbanks, of Caruthersville, Jo Kaye Mesplay, of Hornbeak, Tenn., and Faye Calvert, of Georgia; three brothers, Jimmy Oliver, of Florida, and Barney and Wayne Oliver, both of Charleston, Mo.; two grandchildren, David Christy and Shaina Williams and three great-grandchildren, Brianna and Skylar Christy and Dee Dee Williams.
She was preceded in death by two brothers, Rob and Raymond Oliver and one sister, Mabel Culp.
Funeral services were held Saturday, May 31, at the H. S. Smith Funeral Home Chapel in Caruthersville with the Rev. Kenny Lee officiating.
Burial was in the Little Prairie Cemetery at Caruthersville.
Pallbearers were David Christy, Don Calvert, Tom Mesplay, Kenneth Perry, Mike Hepler and Josh Wilbanks.
