Mary Nelle McCulloch, 80, of Hayti, Mo., died Thursday, May 29, 2008, at her residence.
Born Nov. 15, 1927, at Hayti, daughter of the late Bernard and Gestle Swinea Brockett, she was an ordained minister and a school teacher.
On Dec. 28, 1949, in Hayti, she married Troy Johnson McCulloch, who preceded her in death on Sept. 3, 1998. She was also preceded in death by one brother, James Brockett.
Survivors include two sons, Troy J. McCulloch, Jr., and wife, Robbie and James Alvin McCulloch and wife, Darlene, all of Hayti; one step-daughter, Sue Ellen Miller, of Senath, Mo.; one brother, Romey Brockett and wife, Hettie Faye, of Cape Girardeau, Mo.; four grandchildren, Courtney Nelaine Wilson, of Wardell, Mo., John Phillip McCulloch, of Caruthersville, Mo., and Tara McGowan and Brandon McCulloch, both of Hayti and five great-grandchildren, Tailor and Christian Wilson, Hailey and Karsten McGowan and Wyatt McCulloch.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m., Saturday, May 31, at the Agape Worship Center in Hayti with Pastor James McCulloch officiating.
Burial was in the Dry Bayou Cemetery at Hayti.
Pallbearers were John Phillip and Brandon McCulloch, Michael Wilson, Joshua McGowan, Scott Foster and Zach Moon.

John W. German Funeral Home of Hayti was in charge of arrangements.
