James "Jim" Luther Bishop, 51, of Paragould, Ark., died Sunday, May 18, 2008, at Southeast Hospital in Cape Girardeau, Mo.

Son of Alice Bishop and the late Bob Bishop, he was a self-employed floor installer and a member of the Alexander Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife, Donna Bishop, of Paragould; three sons, Matt, Luke and Rob Bishop, all of Paragould; his mother, Alice Bishop, of Paragould; one brother, John Bishop and wife, Sheryl, of Cardwell, Mo., and one sister, Cathlyn Cornish and husband, John, of Jonesboro, Ark.

Visitation will be from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., today, Tuesday, May 20, at the Heath Funeral Home in Paragould.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, May 21, at the Heath Colonial Chapel with the Rev. Phillip Bynum officiating.

Burial will follow in the Providence Cemetery.
