Rebecca Leigh Montgomery and Brian Adam Branum of Kennett announce their engagement.

The bride to be is a 2003 graduate of Kennett High School and attends Southeast Missouri State University.

She is the daughter of Anna and David Ford of Kennett and John and Nancy Montgomery of Indianapolis, Ind., and the granddaughter of the late Joe and Grace Crim, and Jesse Montgomery and the late Onita Montgomery, all of Kennett.

The prospective groom is the son of Teresa Branum of Kennett and Larry and Marsha Branum of Senath, Mo., and the grandson of Mazel Braden and the late James Braden of Senath, and Marian Branum and the late Selvie Branum of Hornersville, Mo.

He is a 1998 graduate of Senath-Hornersville High School and a 2007 graduate of Southeast Missouri state University.

The wedding will take place May 21, 2008, at Panama City Beach, Fla.
