Eugenia "Gigi" Hopper, 61, of Kennett, died Saturday, May 10, 2008, at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Memphis, Tenn.
Born July 22, 1946, in St. Louis, Mo., daughter of the late Harold Robert and Virginia Lee Johnson Brumbaugh, she was employed at Ayers Dry Cleaning.
Survivors include 5 sons, Michael Allen and Jeff Stone, Jeff Stone II, and Brock Hopper and wife, Michelle, all of Kennett and Johnny Hopper, of Poplar Bluff, Mo.; one daughter, Demetra Hopper, of Kennett; one brother, Harold Robert Brumbaugh, of Farmington, Mo.; four sisters, Sharon Randl, of Festus, Mo., Sandra Kay Conder and Glenda Taylor, both of Kennett and Patty Burton, of Sugarland, Texas; 20 grandchildren, Michael Stone, Jr., Jeff, Jennifer and JoAnn Stone, Austin, Mitchell, Kristin and Maci Eugenia Gamble, Evan and Dakota Lance, Cory, Paige and Ronnie Kay Tice, Brock Hopper Jr., Brooke, Mya, Demi and Shae Hopper, Mickie Watkins and Ashley Allen and four great-grandchildren, Hunter and Ashlynn Watkins and Kaylee and Brooklyn Allen.
She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Ethel Lorraine Johnson.
Visitation will be from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., today, Tuesday, May 13, at the McDaniel Funeral Home in Kennett.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Wednesday, May 14, at the McDaniel Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Bob Taylor officiating.
Burial will follow in the Oak Ridge Cemetery at Kennett.
Pallbearers are Jeff Stone, Chris Crawford, Tim Sturch, Jeff Stone II, Mike Hopper and Johnny Burton.
