Born Feb. 27, 1923, in Campbell, Mo., son of the late Arnold and Maude E. Sanders Hatton, he was a U.S. veteran.
On Feb. 9, 1952, in Piggott, Ark., he married Geraldine Harvell, who survives.
Survivors also include three sons, Dennis and Jerry Hatton, both of Clarkton and Paul Hatton and wife, Karen, of Cedar Hill, Mo.; one daughter, Teresa Tompkins, of Clarkton; four grandchildren, Renee Woldman, Paul Hatton, Jr., and Sarah Hatton, all of Cedar Hill and Machelle Liles, of Clarkton and five great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by five brothers, Leon, J.F., Lavern, Clarence and Carl Hatton and two sisters, Thelma Hampton and Lucille Nash.
Visitation will begin at 6 p.m., today, Thursday, April 17, at the Bradshaw Funeral Home in Malden, Mo.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m., Friday, April 18, at the Bradshaw Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Jack Allen and Elmer Barnes officiating.
Burial will follow in the Stanfield Cemetery at Clarkton.
