Jerrell Eugene "Gene" Tullos, 80, of Campbell, Mo., died Saturday, April 12, 2008, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau, Mo.

Born Oct. 26, 1927, in Vilonia, Ark., son of the late William Earl Tullos and Lela Mae Adams, he was an auto mechanic.

On Nov. 14, 1945, in Dexter, Mo., he married Maudine Hicks Tullos, who preceded him in death on May 29, 1987. He was also preceded in death by two brothers, Faber and Melvin Tullos and two sisters, LaVern Tullos and Joyce Osborn.

Survivors include one son, Ronnie Tullos and wife, Linda, of Cambpell; four brothers, Kenneth, Doyle and Darrell Tullos, all of Cabot, Ark., and Dwight Tullos, of North Little Rock, Ark.; three sisters, Doris Brewster and Linda Gramlick, both of Cabot and Marilyn Mahoney, of Austin, Ark.; three grandchildren, LaRonda Jarrell, of Bloomfield, Mo., Nicole Hardin, of Campbell and Brad Tullos, of St. Francis, Ark., and four great-grandchildren, Presley Tullos, Tori Hardin and Abbey and Morgan Jarrell.

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m., Monday, April 14, at the Landess Funeral Home Chapel in Campbell with the Rev. Don Houston officiating.

Burial was in the Woodlawn Cemetery at Campbell.
