Lucille Fern Haislip, 85, of Holcomb, Mo., died Wednesday, April 9, 2008, at Heritage Nursing Center in Kennett.

Born Dec. 27, 1922, in Malden, Mo., daughter of the late Lon and Rosa Hood Lutes, she was a homemaker and a member of the Holcomb United Methodist Church.

Survivors include two daughters, Mary McElwrath, of Holcomb and Patti Kopp, of Zapata, Texas; two sons, Larry Casper, of Demopolis, Ala., and Rick Casper, of Holcomb; one brother, Donald Lutes, of Tipton, Ga.; one sister, Betty Jean Thraikill, of Hainesville, La.; 10 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren and seven great-great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., today, Thursday, April 10, at the Landess Funeral Home in Campbell, Mo.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m., Friday, April 11, at the Landess Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Greg Dowler officiating.

Burial will follow in the Stanfield Cemetery at Clarkton, Mo.
