Bill McMillian, 76, of Malden, Mo., died Friday, April 4, 2008, at his residence.

Born May 31, 1931, in Malden, son of the late Joe and Flora Kinder McMillian, he was employed as a service manager for Malden Implement Co. He was a member of the First General Baptist Church in Malden and the Malden Rotary Club.

On April 8, 1950, in Piggott, he married Maryann Provance, who preceded him in death on March 22, 2004. He later married Clara Lee Garland in June of 2005. She preceded him in death on April 2, 2008.

Survivors include one daughter, Barbara Matlock and husband, Stanley, of Festus, Mo.; one son, Scott McMillian and wife, Annett, of Malden; three brothers, Bob McMillian, of Perryville, Mo., and Ralph and Jim McMillian, both of Malden; five grandchildren, Jennifer Williams, Nan Brown and Michael Bryant, all of Malden, John and Jeff Matlock, both of St. Louis, Mo. and one great-granddaughter, Lydia Joy Matlock, of St. Louis.

Visitation will be from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., Sunday, April 6, at the Landess Funeral Home in Malden.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m., Monday, April 7, at the First General Baptist Church in Malden with the Rev. David Wigger officiating.

Burial will follow in the Rosewood Cemetery, 1st Addition, at Malden.
